Umetrix Data does not collect low-level protocol messaging, it only measures data performance as seen by the end user (i.e. throughput, round trip time, etc.) Therefore, it cannot detect a handoff between networks (i.e. LTE to 3G). Handoff points may become clear during data analysis by careful observation of how data rates rise / fall during testing.
